The Winner of The Best Welsh Elvis was 19 year-old Dave Smith from Aberdare. 

At a packed  Hi-Tide in Porthcawl Friday.Dave narrowly won a tight contest with a '68 Special set. He will receive his award at The Elvies on Saturday 1 October.
